For us it is very important that you are happy with our products, that is why our guarantee policy is 14 days after purchase. Changes for defective or damaged garments should always be requested immediately days after receipt of the product. However, you should know that if after 14 days you have not made the claim and return through our email firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp 324-453-28-78, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
The pantyhose DO NOT HAVE CHANGE without any exception due to hygiene. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will review it and we will respond within 2 business days.
To be eligible for a money back, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards

- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
To complete your return, you must save your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your return purchase without notice.
You should know that our stocks are limited, and it is possible that in the period of time it takes for the entire claim and return process, these stocks will expire. You can choose in that case references available in our online store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missed refunds

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.
To return your product, you must first write to us by mail or WhatsApp.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping a product worth more than $ 600,000 pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), the consumer must exercise this right within the first 5 business days following the date the product was delivered. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must return the product by the same means and in the same conditions in which you received it, at the time of coordinating the return with MAATHAI ORGANIC and the transport company, you will be informed who assumes the cost of said shipping (The customer or MAATHAI ORGANIC). A date for collection by the transport company will be coordinated with the client.
To manage the return of your product, you must contact the national customer service line 324-453-28-78 (Monday through Friday from 5 am-5pm), through our email firstname.lastname@example.org or at “Contact us” form on our website.
In the event that all the aforementioned conditions are met, MAATHAI ORGANIC will return the total amount paid, in a term that will not exceed 30 calendar days. In any case, the withdrawal will be adjusted to what is indicated in the MAATHAI ORGANIC ON-LINE Terms and Conditions.
As indicated in our Terms and Conditions document, the law provides that in sales made through electronic commerce mechanisms, such as the Internet and where a credit or debit card or any other electronic payment instrument has been used to make the payment , the participants of the payment process must reverse the payments requested by the consumer when it is subject to fraud, or corresponds to an unsolicited operation, or the purchased product is not received, or the delivered product does not correspond to what was requested or is defective.
For the reversal of the payment to proceed, within five (5) business days following the date on which the consumer had news of the fraudulent or unsolicited operation or that he should have received the product or received it defective or without corresponding to what requested, the consumer must submit their request to MAATHAI ORGANIC and return the product, when appropriate.
