How to carry out the purchase process?

To make a purchase in our Online Shop you must select the products that you are interested in and add them to the shopping cart with the “Buy” button. When we place the cursor on the button of the shopping cart we show the products that we have, being able to finalize the purchase or continue buying. Once you have selected the items you are looking for, click on the “Finalize purchase” button and you will start the process of buying the products you have added to the Cart.

The following steps will be:

1 “My Cart“: Detailed list of products that have been added to the cart, where you can modify the quantities and see the total of your purchases. To validate the purchase click on “finalize order”.

2 “Personal data”: It is not necessary to be registered to buy in our Online store, but you will have to enter your data for payment and to be able to send the order to you every time you want to make a purchase. If you register as a customer, you can make your purchase simply by putting your email and password. You can use a delivery address other than the billing address.

3 “Shipping and payment”: In this step you will have to enter the necessary data to make the payment of your purchase. You can choose between two shipping options:

A) Home delivery

4 “Summary”: The summary of all items purchased, their data and payment data will be displayed to accept the purchase or modify in case of an error.

5 “Confirmation”: A window will appear where the order will be confirmed correctly, and you will also receive a confirmation email and a telephone number for any questions.

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a code via e-mail so that you can follow the evolution of the shipment at all times.

What is the delivery process?

In case you have chosen the home delivery, we will confirm the order through an email, in the same way we will inform you when your order leaves our store and we will provide you with a tracking number through which you can consult the Status of your shipment at any time.

How much are the shipping costs?

Orders in our online store:

Delivery times within the United States:  US 8-10  days

Delivery time for europe: 15 – 2o Days

How do I know my size?

In each product you have a size guide that shows you the corresponding equivalents in other international systems, as well as the measurements of each one.

Can I know what status my order is in?

Of course! Just go to “My account” and select the order that interests you.

What should I do if a defective or incorrect item arrives?

In this case, write to our customer service info@maathaiorganic.com, indicating your order number and the reference of the defective or incorrect article, along with a photo of the same to better understand the incidence.

Can I return the clothes if they have a defect?

The underwear has no changes for hygiene but if your garment has a factory defect please send us an email to info@maathaiorganic.com and in less than 24 hours we will contact you to resolve the situation.

My order does not arrive, what do I do?

To check the status of your order, go to “My account“. There you will find all the orders you have made so far and the status of each one of them. You can also contact our Customer Service directly.  http://track.aftership.com/ 

Is the Maathai Organic store secure?

To pay for your purchase, you can use your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or debit card (4B or 4B Maestro), as well as use the PayPal system. You can also pay with the gift card online.
